Spending Christmas with a little bit of magic.
reason for our visit attraction in USJ is most definitely the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. My inner child was screaming in delight and did you know that you can actually walk through the castle?! That would’ve been such a highlight but sadly the line was snaking and we couldn’t be bothered to wait. It felt like the perfect season to visit though – it was Christmas and winter in Japan so the chill in the air made the mood all the better. You first walk through a long and winding path of pine trees before coming across a little town with fake snow on the rooftops. There’s a Christmas tree with makeshift floating candles just like in the movie, ice-cold butterbeer for when you need a break, and Ollivanders and Honeydukes to hurl you into fanatic mode. I would have easily walked away with a Ravenclaw scarf and sweater were it not for the price tag. Ah well, maybe next time.
